Overall A Very Good Experinece

Rooms were clean and comfortable. spread of breakfast was descent even though it was getting repeated. Mr. Peter at the reception was very kind and helpful. they even have free shuttles to various shopping malls. lots of restaurants nearby with wide range of cuisines.

Repeated stay and will still be our choice

Have been staying iconic for few rounds and still finding it is one of the best hotel we stay whenever visiting Penang. Thank you for the hospitality.

Great Stay

Super friendly staff, Saishan, Darius, Darnell,, everyone made me feel comfortable in a big city. Everything was great in the hotel and everything I wanted was nearby. Super cozy stay with beautiful views and as everyone has said, the duvets are like sleeping in clouds.

The very Iconic Hotel

Excellent service when they welcomed us with drinks and wet towels since the weather was so hot. The housekeepers are very attentive and polite. They attended to our needs efficiently. As for the restaurant’s food, honestly, I never spend so much on room dine-in. But, Iconic hotels make us happy and my sons keep requesting food, club sandwiches, spaghetti.. wow! The food and service were so good and we kept repeating orders from the kitchen. thank you for satisfying my son’s craving.
