Cosy hotel to stay
Good location, a lot of restaurants around the hotel and comfortable to stay. The hotel room design simple and nice, breakfast a lot of choices, car park spaces sufficient and friendly staff. It is good that the drinks in the mini bar are free.

A pleasant experience stay
Overall stay was pleasant, professional and friendly staff. The room was very spacious, clean and complete with complimentary drinks, coffee machine, and also equipped with iron and ironing board. Perfect for people who stay for business purposes.

Good place, good service and good facilities, staff is a verry good and that important the swimming pool is verry good and my family a specialy my son very enjoy…food is very nice…parking lots are easy.

Iconic stay
Value for money, excellent service throughout stay. Variety of food in surrounding area – Chinese, Japanese, Western, including convenience stores, dessert place and within walking distance there is famous nasi kandar place

Excellent Customer Service by Staff
I would like to commend Mr Mohamad Izzat who had attended to me and my spouse during the breakfast hour on 17 November 2019. He had shown a pleasant disposition with his friendly oriented customer service. His hospitality was excellent and he has a bright future with his character and attitude. The stay with Iconic was certainly a memorable one for me though it was my first time staying there.

Excellent
Staff are polite and friendly (receptionist and restaurant) room very clean and nice. Layout for food (breakfast) are nice. Food also delicious. Have many varieties. My kids enjoy it. Room’s bed are comfort and nice. Me and my family love it!

very nice hotel, the rooms are very clean, the place is very accessible, the accomodation is very good, the foods are so delicious, the swimming pool is good, very nice gym, the foods were so very delicious

Great Hotel
Definitely will be my first choice for the next visit. The hotel service and environment is good but only the sound proof is need to be enhanced. Staffs are very friendly and business center is just so nice.

Excellent stay at Iconic hotel
Clean room, many choices of restaurant (chinese, japanese, korean, accessory shop, fashion shop etc). Good breakfast with choice of local food, chinese, japanese, salad. Pub at hotel ground floor and at 5 minutes walking distance from hotel.
For sure, will be here again in next trip….but need to book early because i heard it is fully book during my stay this week.
